Homelands Park, Chorley, Bridgnorth, Shropshire

Discover a relaxing and stress-free haven in a secluded part of Shropshire
exclusively for the semi-retired and retired.

Homelands Park is set on the outskirts of the small village of Chorley, surrounded by outstanding Shropshire countryside, including the Clee Hills and Wyre Forest.

The Park offers residents a peaceful countryside environment, including allotments for enthusiastic gardeners, fishing in our woodlands, scenic walks, and tranquillity. We do allow 1 pet/dog per home, so you can have company on long walks.

Homelands has been designed to provide generous sized plots, offering space and privacy. The homes have enclosed gardens, with block paved driveways and additional parking. Each home has a new shed for outside storage.

Within walking distance is The Duck Inn, a popular oak beamed pub and restaurant, and also a Village Hall, where various activities are held throughout the year.

The milkman can deliver basic groceries, if required. However, most of the main supermarkets are able to deliver to the Park. The mobile library visits the village once a fortnight.

The Doctor’s surgery and local shop is just 2 miles away in the next village of Stottesdon. Other shops, supermarkets, and restaurants etc can be found 4 miles away in Highley.
